Referrals
You have a positive pregnancy test result but you’re not sure where to go to get prenatal care and other assistance to help you have healthy pregnancy. We can provide you with your Pregnancy Verification Form that is needed to apply for Medicaid and other pregnancy assistance. We also provide you with referrals to many local agencies.
