Acadiana Pregnancy Center & Clinic (APCC) will host a community wide baby supply drive called April Showers. The APCC is a 501 ( c ) 3 non-profit medical clinic, and educational resource center that provides FREE pregnancy screenings, ultrasounds, classes and material support to young teens, women and families experiencing unplanned pregnancies, and up to three years after the birth of their babies.
April Showers is designed to raise much-needed baby items for those who come to The Acadiana Pregnancy Center & Clinic in need of help. During the entire month of April, businesses, churches, civic organizations, social clubs, school clubs and individuals can participate in April Showers by:
1. Getting a donation box from the Acadiana Pregnancy Center & Clinic
2. Placing the donation box at your business, church, school or special event for the entire month of April
3. Encouraging customers, congregants, club members, and the community to place the following items in the donations box: teethers, diaper rash cream, shampoo, baby wash, comb & brush sets, baby oil, baby lotion, thermometers and Q-Tips.
